Repair FAQ
What is the cost for evaluation?
Evaluation is complimentary. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll send you a repair quote with an estimate. Work will begin only after receiving your approval and payment.
How long will it take to receive a repair quote?
After your product arrives at Radwell's repair facility, we require 24 hours to complete the evaluation and provide a quote.
Who will handle the repair of my product?
Your product will be assigned to a dedicated Radwell technician team for repair and testing. Once repairs are completed, our Quality Assurance team will conduct comprehensive testing—comparing your item against others with varying condition codes—to ensure it performs like new and meets all required verifications.
What happens if you can't repair my product?
If a unit is deemed beyond economical repair (BER), we will provide a quote for a replacement unit. You can choose to have the item scrapped or returned to you, with freight charges potentially applying.
What if I don't want to move forward with a repair?
If you opt not to proceed with the repair, we can scrap the unit at no charge, or return it to you. (Please note, a $25 return fee, along with shipping and handling charges, will apply for canceled orders.)
