Mr. Snodgrass is the CEO of Radwell International and is based in Chicago, Illinois along with other members of the executive leadership team.
Chris most recently served as a Senior Vice President at Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT), responsible for the Building Construction Products (BCP) Division. This role provided global leadership of the design, operations, procurement, sales, marketing, and product support for Caterpillar’s compact, versatile construction machines and attachments business. Prior to BCP, Snodgrass was Senior Vice President for the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD), where he had global accountability for Caterpillar’s worldwide parts distribution network, integrated logistics organizations, wear and maintenance component manufacturing, and aftersales product support.
Chris has held senior leadership roles for the large engine business in Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD), first responsible for the design and manufacturing of industrial engines, then later leading global sales, marketing, service, and parts.
Snodgrass joined Caterpillar in 2013 following a successful 20-year career that included executive leadership positions with commercial vehicle and industrial components manufacturer Meritor (now part of Cummins, Inc. NYSE: CMI) after spending nearly 15 years at Daimler AG. While at Daimler, Chris served in executive leadership roles at Mercedes Benz Truck in Europe, with Freightliner Trucks in North America, and at the global engine manufacturer Detroit Diesel Corporation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational leadership from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, and completed Caterpillar's Executive Program in partnership with Duke University. Chris sits on the St. Jude Children’s Hospital ALSAC Board of Directors and the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Iowa State University. Chris previously served on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers CE Sector Board, on the United Way Board of Directors for the Greater Triangle region in Raleigh, NC, and on the San Antonio Manufacturers Association (SAMA).

Philip Battaglia Chief Financial Officer
Philip Battaglia is CFO at Radwell International which he joined in August 2024. Phil has more than 25 years of Finance, M&A and Industrial/Distribution industry experience. Prior to joining Radwell, Phil was CFO at Optimas Solutions, had various finance leadership roles at Caterpillar Inc., and was an investment banker at Citigroup.

Michael O’Shea Chief Digital Officer
Mike joined Radwell in 2024. As Chief Digital Officer, he leads teams responsible for product management, marketing, user experience, analytics, marketplaces, and B2B integrations. Prior to Radwell, Mike spent 12 years in senior leadership roles at Parts Town, driving digital adoption and innovation for the award-winning technology-enabled distributor.

Mark Trout Chief Information Officer
Mark Trout has more than 30 years of Software Systems, Business Process Improvement and Turnaround experience. Prior to joining Radwell International, Mark was CEO of Sunworks, CTO of Sunrun, Chief Transformation Officer at eBay, and was a Senior Managing Partner at Accenture. At Radwell, Mark is leading our software and technology teams, driving optimization of our technology to support our Strategic Imperatives.

Mahesh Kumthekar Chief Commercial Officer
Mahesh Kumthekar comes to Radwell with 25+ years of leadership across industrial, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and chemical sectors. He specializes in commercial transformation, strategy, pricing, and operational execution. Most recently, he was Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at True Value, leading its commercial transformation and sale. Previously, he spent a decade at Veritiv Corporation, driving strategy, pricing, and post-merger integration for a $7B merger. His career also includes leadership roles at Ford, Eaton, McKinsey & Co., and Eastman Chemicals. Mahesh holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State, an MBA from Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and an Executive Program certification in Data Analytics from Wharton.

Gina Vollmer General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Gina Vollmer is the General Counsel & Secretary of Radwell which includes global legal services and compliance. Ms. Vollmer joinaed Radwell in 2024 and previously served as General Counsel & Secretary of Gleason Corporation. Prior to Gleason, Ms. Vollmer held various legal positions of increasing responsibility at The Home Depot, Inc. and Caterpillar Inc. and was formerly in private practice prior to her corporate roles.

Roxanne Klein Chief Human Resources Officer
Roxanne Klein is CHRO at Radwell International which she joined in March 2025. Roxanne has more than 25 years of Human Resources Leadership experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Radwell, Roxanne was CHRO for Unified Door & Hardware Group, and prior to that, held the role of CHRO for Enviva. Prior to Enviva, Roxanne had a long career with Knoll where ultimately, she held the position of CHRO as well. Roxanne has also held HR leadership roles within Danaher and Praxair (now Linde).

Scott is a seasoned executive with 25 years of expertise in Power Distribution, Industrial Automation, and Controls. As Chief Strategy Officer at Radwell, he leads M&A, product expansion and geography expansion. With a track record of executing high-impact initiatives, Scott is committed to innovation and long-term value creation in an evolving industrial landscape.

Brett Penzkofer President, Radwell North America
Brett joins Radwell with over 25 years of leadership experience across operations, procurement, distribution, sales, and finance. He most recently served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Aurora Parts, where he drove performance improvements and network optimization across North America. Previously, Brett held senior roles at Wabash National Corporation, Meritor (now Cummins), Transtar Autobody Technologies, and Nickels Performance. With a background in finance, Brett also worked at DaimlerChrysler and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM).

David Lenehan is the President of Radwell Europe. Before joining Radwell, David owned Northern Industrial, one of Europe's largest surplus industrial automation parts suppliers, which Radwell acquired in December 2022.

Dmitriy Kim Chief of Staff
Dmitriy (Dima) Kim is Sr. Director of Enterprise Strategy & Program Management and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Radwell International. With nearly a decade in strategic transformation, finance, and commercial initiatives, he has led high-impact projects at McKinsey & EY. His expertise spans retail, distribution, energy, and manufacturing, driving cost savings, pricing optimization, and digital solutions. At Radwell, he focuses on strategic execution, spend optimization, and operational improvements through a structured PMO framework.
